Role Overview
As a SEN teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of your students. Whether in a mainstream classroom or a specialist SEN/SEMH setting, your goal will be to inspire and support all learners to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEN/SEMH.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to support student development.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
* Experience working in mainstream or SEN/SEMH settings is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
