The Position As described in the job description and person specification, you will be responsible for the management of all additional support given to pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities within the academy. This will be a demanding, varied and highly challenging role that will provide an excellent career opportunity for an exceptional individual. You will report directly to the Academy Principal. This will be a challenging role so you will need the drive and ability to demonstrate a passion for SEN, and understand issues affecting pupils with additional needs and how to support them.
