Job Description
As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy while continuously reaching performance targets and providing effective leadership. You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!
You’ll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations, and drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-ones, making genuine connections with your team by celebrating success!

On top of that, you have:
1. Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
2. People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).
3. Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
4. Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
