Business Support provides specialist administration support to services across the Council. This post will be based in the Children Looked After Team in Children’s Social Care.
You will provide a range of administrative support, including planning and coordination of meetings, circulating agenda papers and minutes, minute taking and ensuring follow up actions are progressed.
You will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.
The successful applicant will need to have experience of working in an administration role and be confident in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
