Purchasing Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
2. Manage records and documentation accurately.
3. Assist with purchasing tasks: check invoices, create purchase orders, and manage supplier communications (training provided).
4. Use Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) for administrative tasks and reporting.
5. Support smooth workflow and communication within the team.
6. Liaise with internal departments to support the production process.
7. Provide excellent customer service through phone and email enquiries.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, CRM, and SharePoint.
3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
6. Purchasing experience beneficial; training provided!
