Position: Recruitment Advisor - Sheffield
Salary: Starting at £24,000, annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
Type: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, core hours 9.00am - 3.00pm, a level of flexibility is expected.
Please note, there will be a requirement to attend the Sheffield Office Royal Mail, Pond Street, Sheffield, S98 6HR regularly as requested – this is currently twice a week, Tuesday mandatory and one more flexible day.

About the role:
You will deliver an end-to-end recruitment service, from responding to a requisition raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system, to the point of verbal offer to an appropriate candidate. This role offers great opportunities for progression and sits within a team that welcomes fresh ideas and strategies.
You will also:
1. Answer candidate and hiring manager queries, solving or escalating them through to successful conclusion
2. Maintain accurate records on all recruitment systems
3. Ensure 100% compliance with the agreed recruitment process
4. Manage customer relationships – both Hiring Manager, internal applicant and potential employees throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
5. Ensure that areas for improvement are spotted quickly and actioned
6. Understand and comply with legal requirements and Royal Mail policies regarding recruitment
7. Maintain an audit trail and keep data confidentiality at all times
