Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to support the management and development of a Round Two (Delivery Phase) application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for an innovative heritage project to engage local, regional and national audiences with a recent treasure acquisition at the Museum of Somerset, in the community and on-line. The Project Officer will provide high level project administrative support, manage day to day project communications and support the client team in the preparation of content for the Round Two bid. We are looking for a highly organised and flexible individual with proven project management experience, a passion for heritage and culture, and strong written, verbal and communication skills.
About Us
The South West Heritage Trust is an independent charity which provides heritage services across Somerset and Devon. We run two Archive and Local Studies services and three museums, including the Museum of Somerset, and look after Somerset’s historic environment, including over 400 acres of historic landscapes.
