We are looking for a Monitoring Surveyor to join our UK North Monitoring Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, with experience using monitoring equipment. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Department and will be based out of our Birmingham or Manchester offices.
What are the key responsibilities of the role?
* Ability to lead and setup survey and monitoring projects.
* Undertaking various types of surveys and monitoring sessions using a variety of specialised equipment and technology.
* Analysing and processing data using industry standard software.
* Assist in mentoring/development of junior staff.
* Any other duties as required by the business.
What requirements do I need for the role?
* 2 years’ previous Surveying or Monitoring experience.
* Relevant Qualifications and/or relevant experience (Relevant CSCS card essential).
* Strong knowledge of the UK construction industry.
* Experience of working to high safety standards.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Knowledge of role related post-processing software.
* Strong technical knowledge.
* An ambition to learn and develop.
* Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients.
* Successful completion of on site medical.
* The right to work in the UK.
