Working closely with the Commercial Property Operations Director, you will take the direct line report of 3 regional operations managers, with responsibility for managing the delivery of a strong financial performance to budget. You will maintain and develop the team’s renowned reputation for quality of service and technical knowledge, and support the continuous professional development of all colleagues in the region. This full-time role will require interaction with clients and Sedgwick colleagues at a senior level and will require regular travel across our regional branch network and/or for client purposes.
