About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated A-Level Mathematics Teacher to join our team at [School Name] in Bradford. This is a part-time position, working 3.5 days per week, with an immediate start. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching to A-Level students, helping them achieve their full potential in this challenging and rewarding subject.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging A-Level Mathematics lessons.
Provide effective support to students, including those with additional needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure effective tracking of results.
Work closely with other teaching staff and contribute to department meetings and school initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject curriculum and exam specifications.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
Proven experience of teaching A-Level Mathematics (post-16 experience preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their best.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
