Zap is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager for Marketing to oversee various projects and campaigns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams, managing client communications, and keeping track of project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements
What you’ll be up to:
* Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and maintain open communication.
* Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
* Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
* Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success.
* Assist in the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a project manager in a marketing or related role.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proficient in Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace and Salesforce would be great advantage.
* Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus, but not mandatory.
