Manage complex and sensitive information effectively demonstrating excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Provide clear communication through chairing regular Team Leader meetings in order to support effective communication. Use leadership and motivational skills to manage Operational Support Managers, and provide direct input into the line management of the administration and clerical staff across all sites. Supervise, develop, deploy and support administrative staff flexibly and appropriately to ensure services are maintained, and manage the teams working across a large number of sites. Be accountable for the selection and recruitment of the administrative teams, and participate in the induction of new team members offering advice, support and teaching/development opportunities as required.
