We are seeking a highly knowledgeable Registered Manager with expertise in the care industry to provide expert guidance on compliance, regulations, and best practices. This role supports the Managing Director (MD) in delivering non-regulated services during the registration process with the Care Inspectorate, ensuring a seamless transition to regulated care services once registered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise the MD on care sector compliance and regulatory requirements.
2. Guide the delivery of non-regulated services, such as hospital transportation, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
3. Ensure high-quality care services and support the transition to regulated care post-registration.
4. Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and lead staff to deliver exceptional care within budget.
5. Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure growth and operational excellence.
Requirements:
6. Extensive knowledge of the care industry, including compliance and regulatory standards.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.
8. Flexibility and commitment to supporting the safe and efficient operation of the business.
