Waiting List Coordinator Hours – 40 hours per week

The post holder will contribute to the administrative function, actively assisting the multi-professional team in the provision of a quality service. They will assist in the ongoing administration of the department, booking of appointments/surgery, coordination of the care pathway and management of waiting lists.
Liaise with MDT team, local services, patients etc. making and receiving phone calls to schedule patients’ appointments
Undertake all the administration required for patient appointments/surgery; Respond to enquiries by telephone or visitors to the service. Undertake general office and clerical tasks, e.g. taking calls, processing referrals, scanning and photocopying
