Key Responsibilities: Coordinating Health and safety measures for vehicles. Completing all administration documents. Monitoring fuel usage and maintaining fuel logs. Completing general typing and audio typing tasks. Managing and recording any accident involving the fleet. Cost control and budgeting. Skills & Experience required: Knowledge of the shipping industry. Experience within fleet administration.
