Do you have the following?:
* An NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
* Previous management experience in an adult social care setting
* The ability to lead, motivate, develop and delegate to others
* Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where the philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do
* The ability to form relationships with a wide range of people, including residents and their families, the home team and medical professionals
* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
