About us
Our Client is looking to recruit a a key member of the procurement team, you will need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You will be organised and able to prioritise when necessary, being able to think on your feet when required and work with the team to resolve any problems that may arise.
Experience in purchasing and supply chain environments with transferable knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.is desirable but training can be provided. You will need to be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software – particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
About the role
As a Purchasing Agent you will be an active part of the procurement department, supporting the team in all purchasing and administration duties.
Working within a small team, you will be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders covering a variety of tasks from placing orders through to expediting, you will thrive on no two days being the same.
Monday to Friday 8 -5 early finish on a Friday
