Job Role: Night Customer Service Assistant, Eastleigh
Hours per week: 38 hours per week
Hourly rate: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour
Shift pattern (if applicable): Night shifts between 10pm and 8.30am. You will typically work four nights out of the seven on a rotational shift basis, therefore full flexibility is required.
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

By delivering excellent customer service, you will play an integral role in night to night running of our venue. Once you have completed your training, you could be:
1. Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
2. Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
3. Recommending games and alternative machines to our customers, using your product knowledge gained through our training programme.
4. Handling cash and providing customers with change.
With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues.
Who are we looking for?
Firstly, as a company in the gambling industry, we need all staff and applicants to be 18 or above.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about great customer service, outgoing, confident and ambitious. You will be expected to be on time, presentable and ready to be a great brand ambassador.
