Job Title: Work-Place Coordinator
Length of Assignment: 5-6 Weeks
Hours: 8AM-5PM, paid weekly.
Location: Chiswick, W4 5YG
To work as a member of the Facilities team to ensure efficient, effective and proactive running of the service. The post holder will perform a variety of tasks related to the building management and will flexibly and proactively respond to any client requirements as and when necessary. Functions may include manual handling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail & courier items.
Dealing with enquiries from the client, both face to face and on the telephone.
Wide range of facilities tasks, building management checks, reporting faults.
Hospitality, visitor management (to include making refreshments), porterage/meeting room setup
Booking and receipt of courier items.
Processing client orders on their supplier systems.
Any other duties as required by the Workplace Manager & Workplace Team Leader or Client.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
