Head of HR & Culture
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lancaster & Morecambe College as the Head of HR & Culture. You will lead a small HR and Payroll team, as well as supporting College managers with staff training, development and formal interventions as required. You will drive the College’s People Strategy, identifying initiatives for improvement and collaborating with senior leadership and the broader management group to ensure high standards.
You should have significant generalist HR management experience, and hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification. Ideally you will have a basic understanding of payroll and pension scheme administration. Experience of HR within the Further Education/public sector is desired.
