The post holder will provide administrative support to the Kitchen Department.
* Provide an administrative service, including word-processing, use of IT systems, photocopying, filing, e-mailing.
* Inbound and outbound call handling.
* Dealing with customer queries.
* Arranging surveys and aftersales calls.
* Compiling survey and install packs.
* Communicating with suppliers re deliveries.
* Updating the system as necessary.
* Managing the designer’s diary and booking appointments when necessary.
* Showing customers around showroom.
The Ideal Person:
* 5 GCSE's including English and Maths.
* A Minimum of 1 years previous Administration Experience.
* Working in a busy office environment providing a range of administrative support.
* Customer service experience, preferably customer facing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Use of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to organise and prioritise work and undertake multiple tasks.
* Ability to act on own initiative and take decisions within agreed guidelines.
