The NHS Cadets project is a jointly funded by St John Ambulance (SJA) and the National Health Service (NHS) aimed at young people from communities currently underrepresented within the NHS. The NHS project includes opportunities to participate in social action projects and to volunteer within their local NHS trust.

This position will assist current team members to guide those young people participating in the NHS Cadet programmeto develop a range of skills and experience
This is a 3 hour Youth Support Worker post for delivery with young people ages 16 - 18 at York College on Wednesday evenings. The post is a fixed term until the programme finishes in December 2024.
