What you’ll do You will be involved in a range of construction and engineering disputes, covering all aspects of risk management, strategic advice and dispute resolution, including adjudication, litigation and other ADR.Our team has particular expertise in issues arising from utility scale battery storage and solar farms. This focus provides an opportunity to work on high-profile, industry-leading cases in the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector as well as on commercial and residential development disputes and major infrastructure projects.You will have the opportunity to apply your existing skills and knowledge with a high degree of independence where you feel confident, while also benefiting from the guidance and support of senior lawyers on more complex matters.
