Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of SEN learners. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and the wider support team. Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, well-being, and achievement. Employ a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet different learning styles. Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and intervention as needed. Work closely with colleagues to enhance and innovate the curriculum and school initiatives. Commit to ongoing professional development to continually refine and update your teaching practices. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience, ideally within an SEN setting. A passionate and committed approach to working with students with SEND. Deep understanding of SEN challenges and effective educational strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
