The Global Revenue Management team, is foundational to the management of the GPS revenue life cycle through three vital functions (Account Analysis Product Management, Bid Pricing, and Portfolio Pricing) which span all major GPS product lines, including Payments, Receipts, CashPro, and Liquidity. You will be integral with important initiatives, executing annual pricing reviews with Sales, conducting workstreams to improve operating leverage, developing industry leading pricing capabilities, supporting deal routines, and ensuring accurate billing and collection from approximately 200k clients globally. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Prioritise and execute activities to successfully deliver Revenue Management objectives, including the support of revenue growth and portfolio pricing initiatives. Collaborate closely with business partners such as Sales, Product Management, Technology, Operations & Servicing to identify opportunities to improve operating margin and win business. Leading and managing EMEA Deal Review Commitee, manage stakeholders (committee members and related parties), coordinate minutes, escalations and appropriate follow ups including monitoring of approved deals and submissions to Global Deal Review. Support and streamline deal pricing processes, including maintenance and enhancements to the GPS pricing application(s). Review and document existing processes; develop and implement enhancements as needed. Improve portfolio and client pricing transparency and competitive insights/intelligence to grow market share through advanced portfolio analyses, including industry research, trend identification, benchmarking, and cross-sell proliferation. Liaise with Global Billing Product Management on new client pricing and impacts to billing platform(s); collaborate on best practices for implementing new client business while reducing pricing & billing complexity. Conduct Global Revenue Management routines, including deal pricing activities, portfolio reporting, and set up any new routines required with the Global Billing Team. Contribute to both client and product focused initiatives, such as pricing/profit strategies, client behaviour & wallet penetration, operational excellence, and platform improvements. Engage with functional partners to periodically assess products from a financial & competitive standpoint. Enhance team succession and resiliency plans, including the continued automation of critical tasks, strengthening business controls, and identifying risks. What we are looking for Experience in transaction banking or product management capacity. Knowledge of Bank of America GPS products, sales, operations, technology and/or risk/compliance environment. Prior experience with billing & analysis systems, portfolio or client pricing concepts. Strong financial and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal, ability to collaborate with functional partners across GPS, consultative and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, well-spoken and articulate both internally and externally. Able to “roll up sleeves” if necessary and get things done. A creative and inquisitive mind that challenges status quo and conventional wisdom. Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partners from different functional areas. Computer and system literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite, with Alteryx, Tableau, Macros and SQL experience a plus. Capacity to understand financial dynamics of various products and clients. Ability to perform research on markets, products, and competitors.
