About the role:
The School of Health, Social Work and Sport is inviting applications for the post of Senior Demonstrator in Sports Coaching and Performance Analysis, to support the primary academic delivery areas of the school. The role will provide technical support to colleagues by way of demonstrating, practical instruction, and supporting group work with students along with related duties derived from the work of academic staff. The appointee will coordinate analysis suite bookings, equipment loans and attend to general technical/maintenance support for the sports performance analysis suites. They will also have responsibility for monitoring risk assessment. Candidates with experience of providing performance analysis support in competitive sport environments will be most welcomed.
About You:
This exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team is offered to a suitably qualified person. An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area is essential. Associated professional accreditation or qualifications are also welcomed as is experience working in professional industries allied to the disciplines contained within the school. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a core requirement for this post.
