We’re looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist who will shape, design, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that support our business needs while ensuring every co-owner has the chance to develop, grow, and succeed. You will join a friendly and committed team based at our unique Learning and Development centre at our Highbridge office.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
1. Owning the full learning cycle – from identifying needs, designing engaging learning, delivering impactful interventions, and evaluating effectiveness.
2. Working closely with our HR People Partners and business stakeholders to develop solutions that drive performance and capability across all levels.
3. Supporting the development of blended learning pathways, using a mix of digital, social, and face-to-face learning experiences.
4. Leveraging Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) to create engaging and accessible learning journeys for our co-owners.
5. Partnering with key functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to embed a continuous learning culture.
6. Using data and insights to measure learning impact and continuously improve our approach.
Sounds interesting, what do I need?
1. Design and facilitation of learning interventions in a manufacturing, multi-site organisation.
2. Strong coaching skills.
3. Ability to demonstrate credibility within the organisation.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
5. Prior experience in training delivery to include power and technical skill workshops.
6. Experience of using LMS and LXPs.
7. Experience of learning Authoring tools, video and podcast creation.
8. Proven experience of measuring training effectiveness and return on investment.
9. L&D qualification CIPD.
