As we embark on an exciting new project, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Business Support Administrator to join our small remote team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide stellar administrative support to our project, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Book in surveys and co-ordinate engineers diaries
- Keep documentation organised and up-to-date
- Track project progress and prepare insightful status reports
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage correspondence and respond to enquiries promptly
- Issue quotes and invoices from Sage Accounting
- Other various administrative tasks to support our business needs, such as finance admin, social media/marketing, fleet administration, giving you the opportunity to shape your role
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Business Support Administrator or similar role
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong integrity and a proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello)
- Experience using Sage is desirable, but not essential
- A quiet, dedicated home workstation with high-speed internet
- While experience in the off-mains drainage industry isn’t essential, experience in a service-based company is a plus

Although this is a home-based role, ideally applicants will live within or just outside of Hertfordshire to travel for internal meetings and collaboration days (typically once a week).
