We are looking for an outstanding Activitiy Coordinator with a passion for delivering excellent care. You'll be working 40 hours per week which includes earlies (07:30am to 15:30pm), lates (12:30pm to 20:30pm), and alternate weekends at Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove. Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our new hospital for women in Staffordshire. The service will be opening in May 2025. There will be two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service. Crocus Ward will provide a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. Burleigh Ward will provide specialised support for women with a personality disorder and other complex needs. Your day-to-day Develop, plan, implement & oversee activities, outings & events for the people in our care Provide fun & constructive leisure time, as well as appropriate physical & emotional support Ensure the provision of staff, space & materials for all activities Supervise, oversee & develop colleagues Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events Why Cygnet?
