You will be responsible for managing employee relations, providing guidance on HR matters such as performance management and ensuring compliance, while also working with the wider HR team to support employee development. As well as this, you will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, while working with our managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. In this role, you'll also produce HR reports, coordinate pay reviews and manage the digitalisation of HR processes. You'll play a key part in maintaining HR policies, driving employee engagement through surveys, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll support staff well-being, manage departures, and assist with health and safety matters. Your responsibilities as a HR Business Partner will include: Leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with managers. Managing employee relations by providing guidance on HR matters like performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes. Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future recruitment needs. Producing and analysing monthly HR reports, managing pay reviews and ensuring the digitisation of HR processes. Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational requirements. Driving employee engagement through surveys, feedback analysis, and implementing improvement initiatives. Promoting diversity and inclusion through EDI strategies, training and initiatives like Gender Pay Gap actions. We value candidates who possess: Proven experience as a HR Advisor (or equivalent) as a minimum. CIPD Level 5, or an equivalent qualification within the Human Resources function. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate via email, phone and messaging. Data and analytically driven. Strong stakeholder management skills. Driving licence for travelling to all depots on a regular basis (essential).
