Job Title: QUENSH Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Walsall office based
Salary: to £26 k and benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QUENSH Administrator to join our team, supporting the business by developing policies and
procedures to manage critical safety risks. Based at our head office in Walsall, you will assist the wider QUENSH team with
various administrative tasks and queries, contributing to the company's success. This role offers the chance to work on

What’s the role:
* Performing a wide range of administrative duties related to health and safety, Quality and Environmental all compliance
* Organising and maintaining training records.
* Scanning, saving, and distributing manual documentation
* Producing and circulating meeting minutes as required
* Regularly updating office displays and documentation
* Providing cover and support for other departments when necessary.
* Assisting in updating and maintaining OnSite’s electronic management system.
* Assisting with preparation for Audits
* Support the business to win work, when directed complete PQQs and tender inquires
* Support the business to ensure we appoint responsible suppliers and contractors
What We’re Looking For:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop.
* Strong attention to detail and confidence to speak up and challenge when needed.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to complete tasks effectively.
* Flexibility to assist with and take on new one-off projects as required.
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
