We're seeking a dedicated Costa Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising between the team and manager to exceed expectations
* Motivating the team to stay on task
* Assisting the manager with inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans
* Managing tills and processing payments
* Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to excel in their roles
* Assisting with paperwork when required
* Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
