Position: Sales & Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa + Commission scheme - OTE £50k+
Working hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday

Summary: Reporting to the Director, the Account Manager will create long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers (2-5 depending on size/value), develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Developing strong relationships with customers
2. Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports
3. Dealing with client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers
4. Liaising with cross-functional internal teams
5. Constantly striving to improve the entire customer experience
6. Attending client visits UK Wide as and when required
Requirements and Skills:
1. Ideally 3+ years' experience working in an Internal Sales role, Account Management or broadly similar
2. Energy, passion and enthusiasm are key to success in this role and environment
3. Experience in call handling, outbound and inbound (25+ calls p/day)
4. Demonstrable ability to communicate, build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
5. Ideally some experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
6. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
