We are currently offering the opportunity for a QHSE Officer to join a company based in Cambridgeshire which produces specialised chemicals used in medicines, electronics, and other products.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
The Role
As a QHSE Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Assist with QHSE documentation, audits, investigations, and compliance tasks.
* Maintain and update company records, including environmental and specification documents.
* Support contractor documentation, change control processes, and non-conformance administration.
* Communicate effectively with employees, auditors, suppliers, and clients to ensure QHSE standards are met.
Current / Recent Experience Required:
* Prior experience in H&S or quality within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing – including investigations of non-conformances or client complaints (essential).
* Prior experience and expertise working in accordance with ISO 9001 (essential).
* Prior experience conducting internal and external audits (essential).
* Prior experience working within the field of hazardous chemicals (essential).
Profile Required:
* Existing UK work eligibility (essential).
* Happy to commute / relocate to Cambridgeshire (essential).
