Essential criteria
1. Car owner/ driver
2. Full UK Driving Licence
3. Access to a vehicle that can be used for work purposes
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
4. Experience as band 6 Practitioner in the Community
5. Previous experience of providing specialist assessment and treatment in the Community setting
6. Experience of MDT working
7. Practical experience of facilitating and managing change
Management/ Leadership
Essential criteria
8. Previous management experience
9. Previous experience of providing supervision/ training to staff
Desirable criteria
10. Experience of budget management
Knowledge, Skills and Training

11. Evidence of Leadership training or willingness to complete
