The role
As a skilled technician, you will join a team supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so no prior brand experience is necessary. Ongoing training will keep you updated with the latest technology through manufacturer courses and our Marshall Academy.
Candidate profile
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
* A team player comfortable with established processes and procedures.
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with a minimum of industry-recognized Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Motivated, organized, and focused on Health & Safety.
* Comfortable using iPad software and tech tools.
Key responsibilities
* Service and maintain vehicles across the brand.
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work.
* If qualified, perform Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties.
* Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms.
* Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
* Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
