The Glen Medical Group is looking for an Experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. Both Full and Part-time applications will be considered. Please state in your application how many hours you require. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. It is essential that you have completed an Independent Prescriber qualification, and primary care experience is an advantage. Applicants with Paediatric experience will be considered.
Agenda for Change pay Band 7/8 (depending on experience), along with holidays and access to the NHS pension scheme.

To work alongside the GPs to provide a mix of face-to-face appointments and telephone triage access for acute on-the-day illness.

Person Specification
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
* Evidence of appropriate continuing professional development
* Activity to maintain up-to-date knowledge and ongoing competence in all aspects of the NP role
* Evidence of working autonomously and as part of a team
* Proven ability to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of their own clinical practice
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council)
* Recognised NP qualification at a minimum of degree level or equivalent
