Are you a motivated, friendly individual ready to take on an exciting challenge? Bell Group UK invites you to become our Admin Manager at the thriving North West Branch in Warrington!
In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company processes. You'll manage branch administration using our Core Dynamics Central IT system, handling everything from scheduling and HR to finance and training. Your expertise in ERP systems will be essential for setting up jobs, processing orders, and assisting with invoices.
We're looking for someone with experience in busy office environments, preferably within the Construction sector, who excels in customer service and communication. Your ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy, and work both independently and as part of a team will be key to your success. You will, of course, have excellent IT skills and be able to manage a wide range of team members. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills will help you thrive in our supportive atmosphere.
