We have a wonderful opportunity to join our established Marketing and Communications team on a 9 month fixed term contract. You will work 26 hours a week, this is a hybrid role and you will work 3 days a week from our Head Office and 1 day from home, working 9:00 - 3:30. We are offering an hourly rate of £12.50 per hour.
We are seeking an extraordinary person to join us in this support role. Someone who:
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care, has experience working in a similar position and is a confident and effective communicator (verbal and written).
* Is a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, who has some experience of using computer-based systems and databases.
* Is able to support our advertising coordinator with mailings and research on local businesses.
* Is able to contribute to nursery open days, planning and supporting nurseries with bespoke marketing materials which satisfy the information needs of Childbase Partnerships’ target audience.
* To support the events coordinator with colleague communication, attendance lists and event queries.
* To produce, in conjunction with our graphic designer, leaflets/posters for internal or external use.
* Data analysis on various data sets including, but not limited to, new parent enquiries, marketing campaign ROI, occupancy growth, and registrations.
* Monitor website analytics and produce reports as required.
* Thrives in a busy, team-orientated, customer-focused environment, and can effectively meet the administration needs of the team and manage their own workload to meet deadlines.
