Hybrid working: 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.

1. Resolving new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently
2. Nurturing existing customer relationships
3. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
4. Resilience and the ability to cope with difficult conversations
5. Ability to work effectively in a team
6. Ability to remain calm and professional in a pressurised customer service environment
