Job Description
As a Performance Manager, you will be part of a new BI and Analytics function, report to a “Director of BI & Analytics” but will spend the bulk of the time working with the c-level to ensure that we have the right level of insight, at the right level - that will enable us to make data-driven, but fast decisions that will improve our Commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with c-level to define the metrics that matter and what they mean in terms of Commercial Performance.
* Work with c-level to define and build the KPI’s that define business, vertical, functional and P&L success in terms of Commercial Performance.
* Set & run trading & commercial meetings that put commercial performance and the drivers at the core of a performance driven culture.
* Set & run an overall reporting cadence and frameworks for same.
* Set, run & co-ordinate a new planning structure, methodology & cadence to ensure all functions, depts & teams are clear on what plans exist and that they are scrutinized for areas of improvement.
* Work closely with Operations function to understand and redefine Ops related performance metrics to drive customer satisfaction and improved customer experience.
* Work in close partnership with CRM Director & Bonus & Retention Manager to understand generosity, cadence & structure that delivers value to players & converts into value to the business.
* Be a stakeholder involved with clear Marketing budget planning, and drive a culture of planning & KPI focus, that holds people, teams and depts accountable for clearly defined KPI’s and defined follow up actions.
* Ensure that retention & churn reduction are clearly measured, as part of holistic Marketing plans - and are included in overall performance reviews.
* Ensure that a culture of continuous improvement exists around Performance Management.
* Be the internal “thought leader” on Performance Management.
Key Qualifications:
* 5+ years in general Performance Management - with a focus on delivering budget-beating Performance improvements.
* Ideally, you have Performance Manager experience and want to work in partnership with a highly experienced c-level - that you can learn from, work in partnership with, and take your industry experience to the next level.
* You can demonstrate previous management experience in a similar role/environment.
* You will have specific experience of working within a high-growth environment.
* An excellent grasp of marketing investment, thesis development, player revenue & value analysis and commercial impact.
* Ideally, direct experience of Casino / Sports players across all segment types.
* You will have a high interest in, and good all-round knowledge of online gaming, with strong casino, sports and poker product knowledge.

* Be confident in dealing with colleagues within the business at all levels and in particular - be a trusted member of the C level - and be comfortable making tough decisions.
