Job summary We are looking for an Experienced Practice Nurse to join our forward thinking Practice Team. We are willing to consider Part or full time and can offer flexibility of start and finish times for the suitable applicant. We have 4 GP Partners and 3 Salaried GP's. Our nursing team consists of ANP/Manager, 1 ANP, 2 Practice Nurses and 3 Health Care Assistants. Our pharmacy has 2 pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy/ACP trainee. We are part of the Hillsborough PCN which consists of the 4 local practices and we share a variety of services Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Team Additional GP and ANP services.
