HR Systems Administrator Location: Gloucester (Hybrid 2 days on-site, 3 days WFH) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Job Type: Permanent Latham & Bond HR are recruiting for our client, a dynamic organisation in Gloucester, seeking an HR Systems Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with two days in the office and three days working from home. Role Overview: The HR Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team by managing and optimising the HR system, Zellis. While experience with Zellis is beneficial, its not essential, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and providing technical support to HR colleagues and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the HR system (Zellis) to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide system support, troubleshooting, and training for HR team members and stakeholders. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and updating the HR system. Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making. Assist in the implementation of system updates and improvements. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and improve system functionality. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in HR systems administration or a similar role. Familiarity with Zellis or similar HR systems (beneficial but not essential). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
