The purpose of this post is to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive staff engagement plan aimed at enhancing outcomes and experiences for Trust staff. This includes supporting the annual NHS Staff Survey and quarterly People Pulse Survey, ensuring ongoing data collection, analysis and reporting that will inform meaningful demonstrable initiatives.
This role involves working collaboratively with teams across the organisation to promote and strengthen staff engagement. This involves actively communicating and sharing best practices, as well as supporting the use of engagement tools and platforms. A compassionate and respectful approach is key, with an emphasis on addressing individual needs and signposting to appropriate resources when necessary.
The post holder will also support multiple People Support (Engagement, EDI, Wellbeing) projects, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders that contribute to the overall strategic aims of the People Strategy.

Support the programme of work linked to the Trust's participation in the annual Staff Survey.
Analyse staff feedback to share with suitable audiences, contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of subsequent action plans to improve the experiences of staff working within the Trust.
Champion staff engagement approaches in all Clinical Groups and disciplines across the Trust, inspiring and empowering leadership teams to understand the value of supporting staff wellbeing and promoting positive staff engagement practices.
Plan and co-ordinate staff engagement programmes, such as a new recognition programme and implementation of a range of staff voice tools.

Administrative Responsibilities

Organise own day to day tasks.
Lead in the planning, facilitation and evaluation of a broad range of activities including learning events, workshops, presentations, support sessions and poster displays. To proactively promote a rolling programme of ‘People Support’ initiatives in accordance with national calendars, working collaboratively with communications to achieve this.
Service Development, Project Management
Evaluate current ways of working and takes action to effect improvements.
Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives or events in relation to staff and engagement.
