Salary: up to £25,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full time Monday-Friday

The Role
As the Facilities Administrator, you will be joining the facilities team based in the Exeter office. In this fast paced and varied role, with your bright and enthusiastic character, you will provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients, providing efficient and effective administration support, including operating the switchboard and providing reception cover when required. You'll be working closely with the Facilities Manager and Location Heads, often being the first line of support for queries raised with the facilities team, so an ability to establish and maintain relationships will be paramount.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Covering reception when necessary, including greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring discretion is used
2. Providing Health and Safety support for all offices, supporting the Facilities Manager to maintain consistency
3. Providing support for events
4. Keeping kitchens, client suites and common areas within the office tidy and well stocked
5. Managing meeting room bookings and providing refreshments for client meetings, ordering in catering where necessary
6. Giving Health & Safety induction tours for new starters
7. Liaising with clients on the telephone and in person, dealing with routine enquiries and taking detailed telephone messages
8. Booking maintenance visits following company guidelines & procedures
9. Carrying out additional duties and administration tasks as and when required, plus supporting other departments during busy periods
10. Fire Warden and First Aid duties
About you
1. Experience in a facilities role or customer facing position
2. A natural team player who enjoys building and maintaining relationships
3. An enthusiastic and well organised self-starter
4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
5. Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
6. Understanding the importance of client confidentiality
7. Ability to learn and adapt
8. Excellent IT skills
9. Confident being the face of the company/front of house
10. A friendly disposition!
