Key Responsibilities:
1. To prepare a range of products that meet company standards and customer specifications and requirements.
2. Working within various areas of the chilled factory, the job role will vary from preparing, making, and packing quality food products.
3. To process raw materials by manual operation and with the use of food processing machinery in line with quality and department procedures at all times.
4. To label products ensuring that all details, i.e., date, are accurate.
5. To pack final products into boxes/crates as per customer requirements.
6. To complete required quality sheets and production documentation accurately.
7. To observe good housekeeping within the area and general surroundings.
8. To adhere to Company General Policies, i.e., Food Safety and Health Safety.
9. To do any other reasonable duties as required.
