About The Role
EKFB is seeking to recruit a proven Handover and Completion Engineer. This role is based at our site compound on the A41 just outside of Aylesbury. Due to the location of the site compound, we do ask that you hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to get to and from work safely and between sites.
In this role you will be responsible for handover, completion and commissioning activities in your Project area. You will be collaborating with Senior Project Managers, designated Individuals and the Project Quality team to achieve technical assurance sign off enabling handover; completion (L3 certificate at the end of Technical Lifecycle 5/6) and commissioning in accordance with the accepted programme.

We'll need your assistance with the technical review and close out of ITP quality packs. You'll also be identifying blockers and issues early, suggest potential solutions & enable appropriate corrective action to be considered and taken to protect programme delivery.
We'd need your support to collaborate with the Commercial team (in Project and Routewide as appropriate) to notify any changes to the process envisaged such as drafting Early Warning Notices and General Communications.
You'll follow handover, completions and commissioning policies, procedures and guidance in the Business Management System, so that required deliverables are understood and tracked.
