Location: Stockport, Tameside, Manchester and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £25 - £35 per hour (dependent on experience and setting)
Start Date: ASAP and ongoing throughout the academic year
Hours: Flexible – full-time, part-time, and after-school tutoring available
Axcis Education is looking for dedicated and passionate Tutors to support students across Manchester and the surrounding areas as schools prepare for upcoming exams. With demand at an all-time high, we are actively registering new tutors to provide 1:1 and small group intervention sessions across primary, secondary, and SEND settings.
About the Role:
As a tutor with Axcis Education, you will play a key role in helping students build confidence and achieve academic success. You may be working with students who require catch-up support, exam preparation, or tailored learning interventions in subjects such as Maths, English, Science, and other core subjects. Opportunities are available within mainstream and SEND schools, with both in-school and online tutoring options.
Who We’re Looking For:
1. Qualified teachers, experienced tutors, or subject specialists with a strong academic background
2. Experience in KS1-KS4 and/or post-16 education
3. Ability to plan and deliver structured sessions tailored to individual student needs
4. Experience working with students with SEND (desirable but not essential)
5. A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
