Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing strategy for our company. This is a high-impact role that combines both digital and traditional marketing techniques to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue generation. You will lead a team, manage key marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, content creation, email campaigns, SEO, and SEM. Drive revenue and sales through effective marketing campaigns, leveraging both online and offline channels. Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a creative and results-oriented environment. Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine and optimie marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI on marketing investments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure marketing efforts support business development and sales initiatives. Stay current with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and digital platforms to ensure the company remains competitive. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong track record of success in both online and offline marketing. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Strong experience in traditional marketing methods Proven experience in driving revenue growth and generating sales through marketing initiatives. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive marketing decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and business growth. Familiarity with healthsales marketing, especially audiology, is a plus but not essential. Strong communication and project management skills.
