Team Leadership : Supervise and support the Site Manager (SM) and Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), fostering a collaborative and effective team environment. Client-Focused Approach : Act as the key on-site representative for the company, maintaining strong relationships with the client and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project. Project Coordination : Work closely with the visiting Project Manager to align on project goals, timelines, and quality expectations. Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure all on-site activities adhere to UK construction health and safety regulations, driving a culture of safety excellence. Programme Management : Oversee the construction programme, monitor progress, and proactively address any delays or issues to keep the project on track. Quality Control : Maintain high standards of workmanship across all trades, ensuring the project meets or exceeds the client’s expectations. Subcontractor Management : Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with the project programme and quality requirements. Resource Planning : Manage materials, equipment, and labour to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
